Why is it good to customize your wristbands?

A wristband is usually serves as a device for entry and identification. By customizing the wristbands with individual text and/or logo for your event you can assure that unauthorized persons or people without payment - who may have plain wristbands with the same or similar colours than yours - do not have an access.

We definitely suggest individualizing the wristbands with some text and we also suggest that if you use the bands in a club or on regular events then use different colours occasionally. This way you can avoid the unauthorized entry of people who does not buy a ticket just copies the text/logo on a plain wristband from the previously used bands.

Many people do not know or do not use the potential advertising opportunities offered by wristbands. The wristbands can be great advertising opportunities for the sponsors of the event. For advice please contact us.

We prepare an artwork for our customers without charge in every case. The artworks need to be confirmed before we start the production.

Printing prices

Currently there are two types of customization available at us with regards to time scale:

• Priority / Express printing
• Normal / Standard printing

Priority / Express printing:

The wristbands are produced and posted in the next 24 hours counted from the artwork confirmation and arrival of payment.

• The express printing cost is £0.04 + VAT/piece
• The express set-up fee is £30 + VAT / design

During the order you can simply choose this type of printing. Please, note that the default is the standard printing. Do not forget the change it.

Normal / Standard printing:

The wristbands are produced and posted in the next 3 working days counted from the artwork confirmation and arrival of payment.

• The standard printing cost is £0.02 + VAT/piece
• The standard set-up fee is £20 + VAT / design

During the order you can simply choose this type of printing. If you need faster printing, please choose the express printing.

Graphical criteria and technical information of customization

For TYVEK ¾", TYVEK 1", Plastic and Vinyl types

If you would like to have a unique text and/or logo on the wristbands, please note the following:

• On the white Tyvek wristbands we can print with any colours within the possibilities of screen printing. (We can print only vector graphic images and texts with one direct colour.
• We do not use Pantone colours for printing!
• Duo to the elongation of the materials during the production we cannot print rasterized images that requires exact fit.
• We prefer vector graphic files (.ai, .eps, .cdr) with 100% black fill. The files cannot contain images with pixels (e.g. jpg, gif, tif, psd, stb).
• Make sure that the letters are converted to path. The files cannot contain fonts. Try to avoid the use of serif fonts.
• The smallest font size is 8 points.

Send the graphics to info@wristbands24.co.uk with the required quantity and colours. Please, also write the invoice and delivery name and address, and also telephone number where you are available in most of the time so we can contact you if any problem arises.

We count up a set-up fee for the customization. The set-up fee (cliché) is counted for every new design. (E.g. if a text says "PARTY FRIDAY" and another says "PATY SATURDAY" then you need to pay for two clichés.)

In case of different type of wristbands with the same custom print the set-up fee (cliché) is counted for all the wristband types. (E.g. the text is "PARTY FRIDAY" and the print is needed on both Plastic and Tyvek bands then you need to pay for two clichés as the specifications are different for the different type of wristbands.

If you would like to have a unique text and/or logo on the wristbands, please note the following:

the wristbands are produced with digital four colour digital printing, so any kind of coloured picture, graphic and barcode can be printed on the bands and they can be sequentially numbered

when sending the graphics please note the following: the resolution of the design should be at least 300 DPI, without bleeding edges, in layered .psd or in vector format (.ai or .cdr) and also in .pdf
