How can I order?

You can choose from 2 different ways to order from us: through our webshop (http://www.wristbands24.co.uk) or by email (info@wristbands24.co.uk).

What to do if I would like to order through the webshop?

In our webshop you can order quickly, comfortably and simply: Select a wristband type from the categories on the left side by clicking on the image or text. On the next page all the wristbands of a type are listed, you can click on the wristband that you would like to buy. (You can click on the name of the wristbands or the pink "Further" button.) On the next page you can choose the needed colour and quantity, and you can also customize your wristbands. If you are ready with this you can put the products into your virtual basket by clicking the "Add to cart" button.You can put more, different types of bands into your basket by repeating the previous steps. When you are ready with the shopping click on the "Go to checkout" button in the upper right corner of the page to start the administration process of your order. (Here you can register and choose delivery and payment method.) The system will inform you on the page and in e-mail about the successful order. (If you have not received any confirmation in e-mail, please inform our customer service as your order may not be in the system.)

What to do if I would like to order by e-mail?

You can send you order in e-mail to info@wristbands24.co.uk. Be sure that the letter includes your invoicing name and address, delivery name and address, contact person and telephone number and the ordered products with type, quantity and colour. If you need customised wristbands also write what printing colour you would like on which wristband colour and send us the text and/or logo. Please, be sure that you give us a valid phone number where we can contact you if any problem occurs.

How long does the delivery take?

The delivery usually takes 3 working days. If you choose express delivery and your order arrives at us before 12:00 the package will be delivered the next working day. If you order customized wristbands the printing takes 3 working days, but you can also choose express printing which costs 0.04 GBP/piece. In this case the printing is ready by the next working day but the maximum quantity of this service is 10,000 pcs.

How can I pay?

In our system you can choose the following methods of payment: PayPAL, VISA or MASTERCARD or pre-payment by bank transfer. We post the items after the payment appears on our account. Please keep it in mind if you choose bank transfer as with this payment method sometimes it takes 1-2 working days for the payment to appear on our account. This time should be added to the lead time. If your order is urgent, please send us a proof of the transfer in email so we do not have to wait till the transfer is completed to proceed with your order.

How can I customize my wristbands?

We can print on any solid colour wristbands. The imprint can consist just letters (fonts available on the website: Arial, Comic Sans, Currier New,Times New Roman, Verdana) or it can consist unique design as well (with or without text as well). In this case the customer should provide us the graphics/logo (the best in in .eps, .cdr or .ai vector graphic formats) or s/he can order a graphic design from us. Our creative studio gives a quotation and provides the graphic design which is sent to the customer for further use.
