PAYMENT INFORMATION

You can choose from the following payment methods in our webshop:

• Bank transfer
• PayPal (with PayPal account or it accepts VISA , Master Card and AMEX cards) 

1. Bank transfer:

After the order you receive a confirmation e-mail in which you can find all data of your order, including order number and the total cost. Transfer the total cost in advance on our account and then we ship the ordered goods or (in case of customised wristbands) we start the printing.

It is really important to send us a payment receipt if your order is urgent, as it may take 1-3 days for the transfer to arrive on our account.

2. PayPAL payment:

Secure and immediate payment through the PayPal system. Via PayPal you can pay by using your own PayPal account or if you do not have any you can also use your card securely to complete the payment. It is important to know that we do not receive any information/details about the bank account. The PayPal, just like any banks, simply let us know if the payment was successful or not.

If you pay through PayPal your payment arrives to us immediately so the order can be processed and shipped on the same day. Or in case of customised wristbands we send you the proof of the design for confirmation. For this payment method you need to choose the "PayPal" payment at the end of the order process.

You also have the opportunity to pay by PayPal in other cases. This time we send you a PayPal money request. You simply need to follow the steps to complete the payment.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Currently there are two types of delivery is available for our customers. These are the following:

• Priority / Express delivery
• Normal / Standard delivery

The orders placed and paid until 12:00 are posted out on the same day (if it is a working day). If the order is placed after 12:00 it will be sent out the next working day. In case of the received but not paid orders we ship the goods as soon as the payment arrives.

STANDARD delivery:

The standard delivery within the UK is about 2-3 working days counted from the arrival of payment or the end of production in case of customised wristbands. You can read more about printing times in Customization menu point.

The price of standard delivery is £8 + VAT

The standard delivery price is valid for the following countries: The United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands and Denmark. For delivery to other countries please contact out customer service.

EXPRESS delivery:

With express delivery the goods are delivered in the next 24 hours after postage. It is possible that in case of extended areas (small or isolated towns) it takes more days. If you need the delivery to such places or you are not sure about it, please contact our customer service.

The price of express delivery is £21 + VAT.

The express delivery price is valid for the following countries: The United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands and Denmark. For delivery to other countries please contact out customer service.

For wholesale partners the delivery charge depends on weight and it is for one time only. If you order from us the shipping costs will be confirmed in all cases.

The mode of transport can be chosen in the penultimate step of the order in the webshop where the delivery charges of your order can be seen.
