The production time depends on the product you choose, the quantity, and our current capacity. In general: • Tyvek wristbands: 2–4 business days, express 1–2 business days • Fabric wristbands: 1–3 weeks, express 1 week • Vinyl wristbands: 3–4 business days, express 1 business day • Lanyards and keychains: usually 2–3 weeks, express 1 week • Silicone wristbands: approx. 4 weeks, express approx. 3 weeks • Party passes and plastic cards: 3 business days, express 1 business day • Towels, shopping bags, gym bags, flyers, and posters: 1–2 weeks • Glow sticks, card and vinyl holders: available from stock • LED foam sticks: 2–3 weeks • LED textile wristbands with remote control: 8–10 weeks On each product page you will find the standard and express production time. All our products are manufactured exclusively to the highest quality standards! During the ordering process, you must specify your desired latest shipping date. We aim to hand over the package to the courier service by this date at the latest. However, this also requires your almost immediate response to the approval of the visual design and the payment. The delivery time only starts from this point. Please note that production will only begin after we have received your written approval and your payment! In case of late payment or delayed approval of the visual design, it may happen that we cannot hand over the order to the courier service by the latest date you selected in advance, or that we will have to charge an express surcharge. Designs created in the online designer that comply with the design guidelines do not require additional approval. They will be produced exactly in the form and quality you have previously approved. After production, once we have handed over the package to the courier service, a shipping time will also apply. For standard shipping, delivery usually takes 2–3 business days, for express shipping 1 business day, and for remote areas 2 business days. If your order is to be delivered to a country outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland), customs clearance may take an additional 1–2 days. Your cooperation with the courier service is also required for this. In extremely remote regions, delivery may also be delayed by one, in the worst case, two more days. It is important to note that we always hand the packages over to the courier service correctly and on time. However, we do not take responsibility for delays caused by the courier service (e.g. incorrect sorting at the warehouse, weather conditions). As soon as we’ve shipped the package, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number. Should you have any questions regarding the delivery afterwards, please contact the courier service’s customer support directly. Please note that wristfield.eu acts as an intermediary and our delivery partners operate exclusively under their own terms and conditions. We have no influence on their processes. Information about the status of the package as well as support with delivery inquiries can only be provided by the courier service’s customer support.

Of course, that is possible. If only the names on the wristband change while the design remains the same, we offer our fabric or Tyvek full-colour wristbands with variable data in our online shop specifically for this purpose. This is the ideal solution if you would like to have different days, dates, barcodes, QR codes, or guest names printed on the same base design. It is also possible to provide sequential serial numbers. You can send us the names in an Excel file – in a single column, with each entry in its own cell on a separate row. Please make sure that all names are entered correctly. If the variable data is linked (for example, name and serial number), please enter the name in one column and the serial number in the adjacent column, both in the same row. Please also send us the desired wristband design in a vector-based, editable format (for example, .ai or .eps), and indicate the position of the variable data using the first value. If you have used a specific font for the individual data, we will also require the corresponding font file.

Of course, yes. This is a popular option for events to ensure quick and secure entry. The best choices for this are our full-colour Tyvek ¾" or Tyvek 1" wristbands if the code remains unchanged (static), or – for variable codes – our coloured Tyvek ¾" or Tyvek 1" wristbands with variable data. You can send us the names in an Excel file – in a single column, with each entry in its own cell on a separate row. Please make sure that all names are entered correctly. If the variable data is linked (for example, name and serial number), please enter the name in one column and the serial number in the adjacent column, both in the same row. Please also send us the desired wristband design in a vector-based, editable format (for example, .ai or .eps), and indicate the position of the variable data using the first value. If you have used a specific font for the individual data, we will also require the corresponding font file. When creating the design, it is important to ensure that the code is not too small, so that it remains reliably scannable. Also make sure there is sufficient contrast (e.g. black code on a light background), as readability may be limited on a wristband with a gradient or dark background. If the variable data is linked (for example, name and serial number), please enter the name in one column and the serial number in the adjacent column, both in the same row. For barcodes, please also specify the type (for example, EAN-13, CODE39, etc.)

It is best if you send the artwork along with your order. If you would like to place the order first, you will need to submit the artwork while taking production and delivery times into account, and also allow an additional 1–2 days to ensure there is enough time to create and approve the visual design. We require the artwork in a vector-based, editable format (.ai, .eps) or as a high-resolution, true-to-scale raster file (png, jpg) with at least 300 dpi, ideally 600 dpi. You can also use our online designer. Designs that are created, submitted, and approved in the online designer do not need to be confirmed separately again. They will be produced exactly in the form and quality in which they were approved there. Therefore, it is important that you carefully check the labeling requirements and design the artwork accordingly. If you need help with uploading, we will be happy to assist you. The labeling requirements can be found on the page of the desired product under the tab “Product labeling” as well as in the online designer. Once the visual design has been created, you will automatically receive an email that you must approve by replying. We will only start production after receiving both the payment and your approval of the design.

Our products are always custom-made according to the customer’s requirements. Once production has started, the wristbands can no longer be reused, which means that a cancellation would cause significant losses. Our experience has also shown that with post-payment, orders may be cancelled even after production has begun, and in such cases, no compensation is provided. Therefore, we kindly ask for your understanding that production will only begin once advance payment has been received, and purchases on a post-payment basis are not possible. At the same time, we offer several payment options for a quick and secure process: PayPal, Stripe (credit card), and advance payment by bank transfer. As soon as the payment has been received and you have approved the visual design, we will immediately start production. If you have any questions regarding the payment options, please feel free to contact us.

That depends on the selected product and the order quantity. In general: the earlier you place the order, the better, since our capacities vary and this allows us to plan production more efficiently. You can find the general production times on the respective product page. "You should also take into account the time required to create and approve the visual design (approximately 3 working hours), as well as the payment process, production time, and shipping time. When placing your order, please also specify the latest acceptable shipping date, so that we know by when the package must be dispatched. Production times may occasionally be extended, which is why we always recommend placing your order well in advance. In urgent cases, express production is also possible for an additional charge and upon prior agreement. As soon as all details (payment, design approval) are settled, we will immediately start production.

Of course, this is our standard procedure. As soon as our designer has created the visual proof, you will receive an automatic email. Under the product details, you will find a link to the design; one click will display the proof. Please review it carefully and provide written approval by replying to that email. Unfortunately, we cannot accept verbal approval. If you would like any changes, please let us know, and we will send a revised proof. If you used our online designer when placing the order, we will not send you a visual proof, as it was already approved upon submission. The design created there will therefore be produced in the specified quality and arrangement.

As soon as the visual proof is ready, we will send you an automatic email. Please make sure you provided the correct email address. Approval must be given in writing by replying to that email. A short note such as 'Visual proof approved' is sufficient. Phone or verbal approvals are not accepted. We will only start production after approval and payment have been received. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by late responses, so please also check your spam folder. If you used our online designer when placing the order, we will not send you another visual proof, as it was already approved upon submission. The design created there will be produced in the specified quality and arrangement.

You can find the invoice in the status emails sent by our system. There you can access and download it using the provided link. No printed invoice is included in the package – we provide invoices exclusively in electronic form. Please also check your spam or junk folder, as our automatic emails may occasionally end up there. If you need additional documents (e.g. order confirmation, detailed overview), we will be happy to send them to you. Our goal is to ensure that you receive all the necessary documents quickly and without complication. Thank you for your order and for the trust you have placed in our company. For some products, the visual proof can only be displayed in black and white due to technical reasons. On such proofs, you will always find a corresponding note. Of course, the products will be produced and delivered in the base colour you selected and with the font colour you requested. The black-and-white representation is solely for checking the layout (position, size, and content of the design). Unfortunately, we cannot show colours in the preview, but the colours you specified will, of course, be applied exactly in production. Our goal is to ensure that you are fully satisfied with the final result.

When you select a product in our online shop, you will find the price list further down on the product page. There you can see the tiered quantities as well as the unit prices for different order volumes. If you would like a larger quantity or a special version, we will be happy to provide you with an individual offer. Our prices include standard production, while special requirements may incur additional costs. If you have any questions, we will gladly assist you in choosing the right quantity and product.

The same applies to express production. Express orders are given priority in the production sequence, which significantly shortens the manufacturing time. In urgent cases, this is the most reliable solution. During the ordering process, you must specify the desired latest shipping date, which serves as our reference for dispatching your order. Delivery takes place after shipping, depending on the selected shipping method and its transit time. If our capacity allows, we may even produce your order earlier. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for courier delays (e.g. due to weather, incorrect sorting at the warehouse, or issues caused by the carrier). Our shipping partners operate under their own terms and conditions, and we act solely as an intermediary. Once the goods have been handed over to the courier service, you can contact the courier directly with the provided tracking number if you have any delivery-related questions. Also note: express production does not automatically include express shipping—this must be selected separately if required.

Our company is based in Hungary. From here, we process, produce, and prepare all orders for shipping – as we have consistently done since 2010. Personal pickup is not possible through our online shop. We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure that your package arrives quickly and safely. However, by special arrangement, it is possible for your own freight forwarder to collect the finished products from our logistics location – allowing you to organize the transport yourself. This way, we can still guarantee that every order is carefully packed and handed over to the courier on time. During the ordering process, you can choose from several shipping options and have the package conveniently delivered to your desired address. Larger quantities and custom-made products are also reliably delivered by our partners. If you have special shipping requests, please let us know – we will be happy to help you choose the most suitable solution.

Our company is based in Hungary, and we are proud to carry out all production in-house. Our production facility is located directly on our company premises, which allows us to manage the entire process – from order to shipping – efficiently and flexibly. The close connection between office and production enables us to respond quickly to inquiries and, if necessary, adjust the production schedule at short notice. All orders are processed, custom-made, and prepared for shipping within the European Union, in Budapest, Hungary – near the airport. Direct control over production guarantees the highest quality. With state-of-the-art machinery and precise craftsmanship, we ensure that every single product meets our customers’ exact requirements. This enables us to calculate production times precisely and to always meet the latest shipping date specified in the order. If special requirements or subsequent changes arise, we can also implement them quickly and flexibly. Thanks to our efficient way of working, we not only offer products of the highest quality but also fast and reliable service. It is important to us that our customers always receive up-to-date information and that their orders arrive on time. The minimum order quantity for Tyvek wristbands is 100 pieces. The reason for this is that production is optimized for larger quantities – this allows us to ensure both the best quality and the most favorable price. Once you reach the minimum of 100 pieces, you can order in increments of 100 (200, 300, 400, etc.), depending on your needs. For both Tyvek ¾" and Tyvek 1" wristbands, there are 10 pieces per sheet. However, when ordering, you should specify the desired number of wristbands, not the number of sheets or packaging units. For example, if you need 3000 Tyvek wristbands, simply enter 3000 as the quantity. With this technical solution, we aim to avoid misunderstandings regarding the number of sheets or other packaging units. On the respective product page, you can see the minimum order quantity and in which increments the quantities can be ordered. If you have any questions about the order quantity or need an individual solution, we will be happy to assist you.

The LED wristband is made either of 100% nylon fabric or silicone and contains an ABS plastic module responsible for powering the LEDs and processing the radio signals. This module is usually powered by 2 batteries, so charging is not required, and an operating time of 6–10 hours is possible. The power source and runtime depend on the type of LED wristbands ordered. Upon request, LED wristbands are also available with customized solutions. For controlling the LED wristbands, we offer two types of remote controls. The first is a smaller remote, which can effectively control up to 1000 units with an outdoor range of approx. 200 meters. It is easy to use and requires no special expertise. The second is a larger remote, suitable for more than 1000 units, with an outdoor range of up to 1200 meters. It offers multiple settings as well as a DMX connection option. We provide an information document with the required settings for the DMX connection. LED wristbands, like all our products, are exclusively produced to order and for purchase. Renting them is not currently possible.

The setup fee (printing plate) is charged whenever a new design or logo is to be printed, or when a previously ordered product is produced again. It is a one-time setup fee per order, product, and design. This covers the preparation of printing plates and tools for your individual design. For example, if you order 5 different designs for fabric wristbands, the setup fee will be charged 5 times. If you reorder the same designs later, the setup fee will apply again. This step is necessary to ensure that the design is printed cleanly, precisely, and with consistent quality – and so that you only pay for what is actually required. This system also allows us to keep our prices as low as possible. Without the setup process, it would not be technically possible to produce the graphic in the desired form. The amount of the setup fee may vary depending on the type of wristband.

That depends on the type of event. In general, we always recommend our woven fabric wristbands, as their high-quality satin material makes them significantly more comfortable and elegant. From experience, guests often wear these wristbands for days or even weeks after the event, and keep them as souvenirs – which is a major advantage for organizers. This makes fabric wristbands particularly suitable for multi-day events. In addition, fabric wristbands can be fitted with different closures (e.g. self-closing ring or reusable), allowing you to choose the solution that best fits your event. Our Tyvek wristbands are also manufactured exclusively in the highest quality. They are tear-resistant, waterproof, and durable, but they are not suitable for wearing over multiple days. Most guests dispose of them after the event. Vinyl wristbands are made of soft, comfortable plastic, are also tear-resistant, and do not stretch. One end has a secure locking closure, while the other end features a row of holes for size adjustment. If you are unsure which type of wristband best suits your event, you will also find a dedicated “Products by activity” category in our webshop, where you can find more detailed information.

Tyvek is a patented fiber-paper material reinforced with polyethylene, developed by DuPont. This makes the wristbands tear-resistant and non-stretchable. It is a very lightweight material, comfortable to wear, and does not cause any disturbance. One end has a self-adhesive strip that seals the wristband once applied to the wrist. After being carefully sealed, it cannot be opened unnoticed or reused. Another advantage is that it is completely waterproof – neither rain, sweat, nor showering will damage the material. This makes it ideal for outdoor events, festivals, or use at swimming pools. It is also tamper-proof, as any manipulation becomes immediately visible. Despite its durability, the material is soft and flexible. It can be printed extremely well, allowing for vibrant colors as well as custom patterns, logos, and text. This makes it not only practical but also an effective tool for access control and brand presentation. Tyvek therefore combines security, comfort, and durability – which is why it has become one of the most popular products among event organizers. In contrast, laserband wristbands also share the key properties of Tyvek wristbands, but their material is more robust and can therefore be printed on with a laser printer at higher temperatures. They are most often chosen by our partners who want to design their wristbands individually, in smaller quantities, and with changing graphics directly at home or in the office.

In principle, it is possible to order 100 woven wristbands with 5 different designs. However, it is important to note that a separate setup fee will be charged for each design. These costs are incurred for preparing the printing plate and apply per graphic. So, if you would like 5 different designs, the setup fee must be paid five times. Additionally, the applicable minimum order quantity per design must not be undercut, and the ordering steps per colour must also be observed. Example: for woven wristbands, the minimum order quantity is 100 pieces, and the order increments are 10 pieces. This means you cannot order 15 pieces of one design – only 10 or 20 pieces. However, if only the text or data changes while the actual design remains the same, we have a particularly cost-effective solution. In this case, we offer premium satin fabric wristbands with variable data. This is ideal for printing different names, numbers, or days, for example. The advantage: in this case, the setup fee is not charged multiple times, since the base design remains unchanged. For implementation, we only need an Excel file with the variable data. Based on this, our designer will create the production files so that each wristband matches your requirements exactly. This is a flexible, professional, and cost-efficient solution for events.

Silicone wristbands can be ordered in any desired Pantone colour, including eye-catching neon shades that are especially suitable for events. The wristbands can also be printed with multiple colours, and the number of print colours is flexible. This way, we can also produce multi-coloured designs. Please always coordinate your silicone wristband order with our customer service so that we can provide you with the best possible offer for your preferred option. Please also specify whether the desired silicone wristband should be produced with an embossed or debossed finish. This is important because the finish also affects the printing and colour application options. Based on your specifications, we can provide you with a recommendation on the best way to implement the design.

It is not possible to order less than the minimum order quantity. The reason is that the minimum quantity has been calculated to make the most sense for our partners. If you required fewer pieces, the price would still equal the value of the minimum order quantity – meaning the unit price would be significantly higher. Therefore, in such cases, it is advisable to order the minimum quantity directly. If the design includes a date and you would not be able to use it later, you can, for environmental reasons, inform our customer service in the comments field during the ordering process that you would like us to deliver fewer pieces. Any resulting surplus will be properly separated and disposed of as part of our careful waste management. The Earth is what we all share, which is why protecting it is also of special importance to us. Let’s take care of it together!

That depends on the product. Tyvek wristbands are tear-resistant and waterproof but primarily designed for one-day events. They are a cost-effective admission solution but less practical for wearing over multiple days compared to fabric or vinyl wristbands. Fabric wristbands and vinyl wristbands, on the other hand, are the perfect choice for multi-day events. Fabric wristbands are tear-resistant, waterproof, durable, and very comfortable thanks to the high-quality satin material. You can choose between different closures that allow either one-time or reusable fastening. Reusable closures mean the wristband can be opened and worn again. Many guests keep wearing fabric wristbands for days or even weeks after the event, which creates additional promotional value for organizers. Vinyl wristbands are also ideal for multi-day events. They are extremely robust, resistant to water, sweat, and daily wear and tear. They are especially popular at festivals, amusement parks, and swimming pools, where long durability is required. Silicone wristbands are another option, as they are extremely durable and can easily be worn for several weeks – provided it is not essential that the wristband is non-transferable. They are soft, flexible, and skin-friendly, making them excellent as gift or merchandising items. Full-colour products can be ordered in any CMYK color combination, while the available colors for all other printable products are listed on the respective product page.

Tyvek wristbands are waterproof and tear-resistant, making them reliable even in wet environments or rain. They are intended for single use and therefore best suited for one-day events. Fabric wristbands are also waterproof, made of high-quality satin material, and can be worn for several days – even while showering or swimming. Vinyl wristbands are particularly robust and completely waterproof; damage is very difficult to cause. Silicone wristbands are also 100% waterproof, extremely durable, and will not lose colour or shape when exposed to water. LED wristbands are splash-resistant but not fully waterproof and should not be submerged in water. We will be happy to help you choose the wristband type that best suits your event.

Of course, you have the option to receive a sample in advance. In our online shop, we offer a special sample pack that includes various admission wristbands. This allows you to personally check the quality and materials. The pack includes: Tyvek ¾", vinyl (straight and wide face), a lanyard with carabiner hook, a coloured fabric wristband with plastic and aluminum closure, a glow stick, and a wristband. This set helps you compare and test the different types – especially if you are unsure which wristband is best suited for your event. The sample pack can be ordered just like any other product in our online shop. This way, you get a comprehensive impression of the available materials. If you then decide to place a specific order, we will also be happy to assist you in designing your custom wristband. Please note that the sample items are not neutral but carry our own design. If you would like a sample with your own design, our customer service can provide you with the corresponding costs.
